3. Free service
The free calculators on Numly are provided at no cost for personal and educational use. You may use them freely without registration.
4. Numly Pro subscription
4.1 What it is
Numly Pro is a paid subscription service providing access to professional calculator categories and advanced features.
4.2 Pricing
NZ$9.99/month or NZ$95.90/year. Prices may vary by region and are shown at checkout in your local currency.
4.3 Free trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After 7 days your subscription begins automatically unless cancelled.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@numlyapp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4.5 Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of your first charge if you are not satisfied. Email hello@numlyapp.com. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
4.6 Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Numly for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to scrape, copy or reproduce the calculators or content at scale.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
- Use automated tools to access the service in ways that damage it.
6. Disclaimer

Numly calculators are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not professional financial, legal, medical, engineering or tax advice.
6.2
Always verify important calculations with a qualified professional before making decisions.

Numly accepts no liability for decisions made based on calculator results.

Engineering and professional calculators include a disclaimer requiring verification by a qualified engineer or professional before use in any real-world application.
7. Intellectual property
The Numly name, logo, design and content are owned by Keenan Rope. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of Numly is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Numly after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
